Mumbai, India (CU)_ Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan held a ‘Ask-Me-Anything’ session on Twitter for his fans recently, in which he revealed his top health secret, his most detested food, and other fitness ideas. Shah Rukh Khan may have taken a break from acting after his 2018 film ‘Zero,’ but his fan base is still growing. Fans are still waiting for the news of his next official publication.

King Khan took to Twitter to host an Ask-Me-Anything session, where he answered questions about movies, cricket, and quality time spent with family. On the request of his fans, he also unveiled some of his health and diet secrets. Based on his reply to a fan who asked whether his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders will win this year’s cup, it was evident that the actor is a true coffee lover.

He replied with the witty answer, “I hope so. I want to start drinking coffee in that only”. He did not stop there; he also revealed that he loves cooking for his family at home and also shared some news about his wife and kids. The actor will soon share some of his culinary sessions with his fan followers. Another fan was interested in knowing some of his personal fitness and wellness secrets. When asked what his top health and nutrition secret is, Shah Rukh Khan replied simply: “I eat sparingly”.

He also revealed that bitter gourd was his least favorite food. When a fan blamed the actor’s lack of response to his tweet on the vegetable, Shah Rukh Khan clearly expressed his displeasure with the vegetable. Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan had revealed thattaking more protein, avoiding sugar and refined grains, eating plant-based foods, fruits instead of sweets, and drinking lots of water were his fitness secrets.
