The “core of our nation’s” constitutional values will be upheld!

In his first speech as ruler, HM King Charles III discussed his future work. He stated, “I too now sincerely vow myself, throughout the remaining time God provides me, to maintain the constitutional ideals at the core of our nation, as the Queen herself did with such steadfast dedication.” “I shall endeavor to serve you with loyalty, respect, and love, as I have throughout my life, wherever you may dwell in the United Kingdom or the realms and territories across the world, and whatever may be your background or beliefs.”

He did, however, add that he would no longer be able to devote as much time to some of the issues he has supported throughout his life. As I take on my new obligations, my life will undoubtedly alter, he remarked. “I won’t be able to devote as much of my time and energy to the causes and charities I care about so much anymore. However, I am certain that this crucial effort will continue in the capable hands of others. William, the eldest son of King Charles, has been given the titles of Prince of Wales and Duke of Cornwall, which Charles had held until the passing of his mother on Thursday. The King stated, “He succeeds me as Duke of Cornwall and takes on the duties for the Duchy of Cornwall which I have performed for more than fifty years. The King predicted that the new Prince and Princess of Wales, who would be seated next to him, “will continue to inspire and guide our national dialogues, helping to move the marginal to the center ground where crucial support may be offered.

Both the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Cornwall, titles that Charles held until the passing of his mother on Thursday, have been given to King Charles’ older son, William. “He succeeds me as Duke of Cornwall and takes on the duties for the Duchy of Cornwall which I have performed for more than five decades,” the King stated. The King declared that Camilla, his “darling wife” of 17 years, will become his Queen Consort in honor of “her dedicated public service since our marriage,” adding that “this is also a period of transformation for my family.” Camilla has served the public with loyalty since the two of them wed, the King stated.
