There is a heatwave going through Canada right now and the locals are really feeling it. It is said to be one of the hottest summers in a long time and while it’s fun and game to see if you can cook an egg on your side walk like the celebrities on TikTok running an air conditioner the whole day is very expensive. There are not many solutions for these people as being in the house is just as uncomfortable as being outside the house. So what is the solution?

Very simple middle range hotel rooms. All hotels have central heating and cooling so the Canadian locals are making as much use of this as possible. There are various way that this can be done. People are hanging out at restaurants in hotels that have the cooling on as enjoying their meal and happy to pay a little extra than usual to be able to spend some time out of the heat. The second option requires a bit more of a splurge but people are doing it and that is to actually get a hotel room for a few nights.

Now the hotels are offering some amazing deals for these locals where if you were to buy 2 nights then you would get the third night free. There were massive sales and locals were snatching up the hotel rooms like they were hot cakes fresh out of the oven. Pool sides of the hotels were crowded as people enjoyed the cold water and breeze along with cooling beverages and cold snacks.

These deals will help the hotel industry also get back on its feet and recover from the losses they have made due to being closed and the tourism industry taking a fall.
