This channel was founded by a group of six people for timepass. A member of the crew said, “We do farming for 6 months and the rest of the six month, we had nothing to do. It is then when we decided to launch the channel”. However, their cooking videos went viral on Youtube, with each video receiving an increasing number of viewers.

In most of the videos, this crew is seen cooking traditional South Indian meals and other unique delicacies on agricultural fields with traditional cooking techniques. On their channel, they cook everything from liver biryani to pani puri and gulab jamun. All their videos show Periyathambi and his grandchildren preparing these dishes in large quantities, and these foods will be divided among family and neighbors. However, during the pandemic, they distributed the food to several orphanages and the needies.
