Nine cases and Tamil Nadu takes action!

Chennai, India (CU)_ According to Tamil Nadu Health Secretary J Radhakrishna, the Tamil Nadu government is declaring Black Fungus a notifiable disease under the Public Health Act. Mr Radhakrishnan told the media that the state had only confirmed nine cases of the disease till date. According to the union health ministry, so far, Tamil Nadu has recorded  2,53,576 active COVID-19 cases and the state has witnessed 14,26,915 recoveries and 18,734 deaths.
