Abuja, Nigeria (CU)_ According to the National Biotechnology Development Agency (NABDA), the media plays a major role in raising awareness and encouraging the adoption of agro biotechnologies. Professor Mustapha Abdullahi, the Agency’s Director General, stated that the media’s participation may substantially increase Nigeria’s chances of increasing food security, smallholder farmer livelihoods, and the country’s economy.
