A major step in the 1D1F Initiative

ACCRA (CU)_Back in 2016, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) of Ghana introduced the One District One Factory (1D1F) Initiative, which is aimed at creating jobs across the western African nation by setting up of at least one medium to large scale factory in each of the administrative districts in the country. So far, there are 104 projects which are currently operational under the programme, while another 150 are under construction and 24 projects are under mobilisation.
