Recently, Elon Musk shared his weight loss story with his followers and revealed his daily diet. He said that during the weight loss mission, he did not take any medications or replacements, but chose only intermittent fasting. Elon Musk said in a Twitter statement that he has been intermittently fasting for quite some time, which is helping him feel much better as well as lose weight.

When queried about his weight on Twitter, the SpaceX founder said that he had reduced more than 10 kilograms (over 20 lbs) from his original weight (before he started the weight loss journey). Elon Musk has been pretty vocal about his passion for food. In several interviews and discussion programs, he has raved about food and expressed his desire not to exercise.

According to Senior Musk, “Elon is very strongly built but he’s been eating badly.” Apparently, he also encouraged his kid to start consuming diet medications. It appears that Elon Musk followed his father’s advice and adopted a healthy lifestyle in order to shed extra kilos. However, he avoided diet pills in favor of a healthy diet and physical activity.
