Janhvi Kapoor buys luxury 65 crore duplex in Bandra

Mumbai (Commonwealth Union)_ According to media sources, actress Jahnvi Kapoor purchased a ₹65 crore condo in Mumbai’s Bandra neighborhood. This would be Janhvi Kapoor’s second investment in real estate within the past two years. Together with her younger sister Khushi and father Boney, she acquired the property. 

The duplex includes flats 101 and 201 on the first and second floors of the apartment in the Kubelisque Building at Pali Hill, Union Park Road, Bandra West. As per the records from the real estate website Indextap.com, the deal was signed in October 2022. The building acquired its certificate of occupancy in 2002.

According to media sources, Kintu Bajaj is the seller of the duplex, which comprises two flats, also referred to as a bungalow in the records, with a carpet area of 6421 square feet and a built-up area of 8669 square feet. In addition to the luxury apartment, Janhvi and her family will have access to a large garden space, a swimming pool, and parking space for five vehicles.

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor made her debut in the Bollywood world with the 2018 Hindi film Dhadak, directed by Shashank Khaitan. It is the Hindi version of the Marathi hit Sairat. In the film, she co-starred alongside Ishaan Khatter. Her second assignment was the Netflix anthology Ghost Stories, in which she starred in a part directed by Zoya Akhtar.  

Following this, Janhvi Kapoor appeared in the Dharma Productions film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, which also featured Pankaj Tripathi and Angad Bedi. The young actress was recently featured in Mili, a 2022 Indian Hindi-language survival thriller film helmed by Mathukutty Xavier. Her current projects are Karan Johar’s Takht and Dharma Productions’ Dostana 2.
