PM Modi visited Paris from Denmark as part of his three-nation Europe visit. He also had extended meetings with the newly re-elected President of France, Macron, who was sworn in last week. The historical visit comes in the midst of the Ukraine crisis, which has brought much of Europe together in opposition to Russia. Additionally, the two leaders are likely to hold a meeting on how to ensure the halt of hostilities in Ukraine and lessen the conflict’s global economic implications.
