ACE files cases against PML-N members

Islamabad, Pakistan (CWBN)_ The Anti-Corruption Establishment has launched four cases against three Pakistani Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) members over billions of rupees worth of losses suffered by the state.

The PML-N members include, National Assembly member, Rana Mubasher and two former members of the Punjab Provincial Assembly, Saif Ul Khokhar and Muhammad Waheed Gul. The three were charged following a plea made by the Deputy Commissioner of Lahore. 

Khokhar has been accused of illegally taking over about 10 acres of high value property under the names of fake children and transferring them to his agents, UC Chairman Mobeen Dawood, Afzal Khan and Mubasher, with the support of certain revenue officials.

The property in question had originally belonged to the Parsi Dinshaje family, which had expired in 1918.
