Africa lifts millions out of poverty turning to clean energy to blunt global warming

NAIROBI (CU)_The recent United Nations climate report, which was published on Monday (4 April), shed the spotlight on the vast clean energy potential across Africa. It said that these renewable energy projects, if realised, could not only tackle the harshest effects of global warming, but also power the continents economic development and lift millions out of poverty.
