Mumbai,India (CWBN)_ The news of Amitabh Bachchan being hospitalised after suffering an injury has gone viral in the internet and social media in the past few days. It said that the Bollywood superstar was admitted to Nanavati hospital after an injury on Saturday. But, the Bachchan family showed no response to the viral news.

However, finally Abhishek Bachchan responded to the rumors today. He said that they have no idea from where these rumors are hailing and the family is clueless about the source and the reason behind such rumors. He said “I ask because he’s sitting right in front of me. That must be his duplicate in the hospital.” He added that his father’s health condition is very much better and that he is all fine.

The Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is currently hosting a popular quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati – season 12. He is also working in projects of Ayan Mukerji’s fantasy adventure Brahmastra, Nagraj Manjule’s sports film Jhund, a psychological suspense drama Chehre and Nag Ashwin’s untitled multilingual project with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone.

Square after Amitabh Bachchan’s father

In the meantime, The City Council of Wroclaw, Poland, has announced that they have named a square after Amitabh Bachchan’s father Harivansh Rai Bachchan, who is a famous poet, as a tribute to the late poet. Amitabh had proudly shared this news on his Instagram page recently. He wrote “The City Council of Wroclaw, Poland, has decided to name a Square after my Father. There could not have been a more apt blessing on Dushhera than this. A moment of extreme pride for the family, for the Indian community in Wroclaw and India……JAI HIND”.

The actor also shared an Instagram image of the square with his father’s name inscribed on it. The image showed a blue, red and yellow board with “Square Harivansh Rai Bachchan Wroclaw” written on it. Earlier in July, the actor also posted a video on his Instagram which showed the students at Wroclaw University paying tribute to his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan by reciting the famous poem “Madhushala”, which was written by the late poet.

The Big B wrote alongside the video clip a note saying “Last year the Mayor of Wroclaw declared me as the Ambassador of the City of Wroclaw, in Poland. Today they organised a recitation of my Babuji’s Madhushala by the University students on the roof of the University building. As Wroclaw was awarded the title of a UNESCO City of Literature, they could pass on the message to Babu Ji’s lovers from all around the world – Wroclaw is a City of Dr Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Moved beyond emotion…… thank you Wroclaw……in this time of my trial it brings so much cheer to me.”
