Mumbai, India (CU)_ Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor and husband Anand Ahuja’s social media accounts are still flooded with wishes following their pregnancy announcement on Instagram. Sonam’s parents, Anil and Sunita Kapoor, conveyed their wishes to the soon-to-be parents.
Father Anil Kapoor expressed his excitement in a post. He wrote, “Now preparing for the most exciting role of my life – GRANDFATHER! Our lives will never be the same again and I couldn’t be more grateful! Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja you have made us happy beyond measure with this incredible news.” In the meantime, Sonam’s mother Sunita Kapoor shared a post and wrote, “Of all the names I have been called, I am going to love being called NANI the best Yayy! Can’t wait to be a NANI.”
Sonam Kapoor and her longtime lover Anand Ahuja tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony in May 2018. Anand Ahuja is the founder of Bhane, a fashion company, and VegNonVeg, a sneaker store. The pair resides in London at the moment. Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor tied the knot in 1984. The couple fell in love while shooting for the movie Meri Jung. Sonam Kapoor, their elder daughter, is a well-known Bollywood actress. Rhea, their second daughter, is a film producer and co-founder of the fashion line Rheson with her sister Sonam. Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, their son, is also a Bollywood actor.
On the work front, Anil Kapoor’s most recent project is the Netflix thriller AK versus AK, which also starred director Anurag Kashyap. He also made an appearance in Malang, with Disha Patani and Aditya Roy Kapur. The actor has a jam-packed agenda ahead of him. He will next be featured in Dharma production’s Jug Jugg Jeeyo, which also stars Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani. Additionally, the actor will also work alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Parineeti Chopra in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal.
