Tamarind (Imli) is one such food item that quickly sends us back to our childhood summers when we would continually snack on these tart delicacies. Actress Bhagyashree, who is also a diet and fitness role model to many social media followers, took to Instagram to discuss why we need to incorporate more raw Imli into our diets in the modern day. The actress discussed Imil’s several health advantages in a new Instagram video.

The actress posted the video as part of her regular diet tips series on Instagram. Bhagyashree begins the film by recalling her early days when she would regularly munch on raw Imlis picked directly from the trees. She highlights Imli’s health advantages, stating that it is packed with several nutritional qualities. It has a high concentration of Vitamin C, which is well-known for its immune-boosting properties. Additionally, it is high in calcium and magnesium, both of which are beneficial for bone health. Further, it is loaded with Vitamin A and iron.

The actress advises the audiences to consume these tart fruits on a daily basis. Bhagyashree is emerging as a food and health influencer in social media, and most of her posts are successful among her admirers and followers. From health suggestions to discussing essential components in our diets, the actor is a proponent of living a clean and healthy lifestyle. She recently discussed the significance of zinc in our diet. She advised us to take adequate amounts of zinc in our diet because the human body cannot form zinc naturally.
