Mumbai, India (CU)_ After the presidential inauguration at Washington DC, Bollywood and Hollywood stars took to social media to express their happiness and wishes to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as the duo officially entered the White House today as President and Vice President, respectively.
Bollywood and Hollywood celebrities considered it a proud moment when the keys to the White House were formally handed over to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on Wednesday. Biden and Harris took oaths as the President and the Vice President of the United States at the inauguration function.
Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram and posted a photo of Kamala Harris and wrote alongside, “The Future Is Female.”
Singer Nick Jonas, Priyanka’s husband, also posted an image of Kamala and Joe cheering each other at the ceremony. He wrote, “We look ahead in our uniquely American way. Restless, bold, optimistic.
