Bollywood condoles singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s death!

Mumbai, India (CU)_ Following the murder of the famous Punjabi singer, Bollywood stars, singers, and television stars rushed to their social media handles to express shock and sorrow at the singer’s death. A day after the state government revoked the security protection for some personalities in the state, the 28-year-old Punjabi musician Sidhu Moose Wala was fatally shot dead in the Mansa region of Punjab.

Moose Wala was also a vocal supporter of the farmers protesting against the three now-repealed farm laws. The Punjab Police revoked the protection of 424 individuals last week, including Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu. According to the police, mobster Lawrence Bishnoi has taken responsibility for the controversial murder, blaming it as a retribution for the murder of Youth Akali Dal leader Vicky Middukhera.

Actor Ranveer Singh posted a photo of Sidhu Moose Wala with the caption, “Dil da ni mada.” He put an emoji of a shattered heart on it. Actor Ajay Devgn expressed shock, writing, “Stunned by the shocking death of #SidhuMoosewala. May Waheguru give his loved ones strength in their hour of grief.  RIP departed soul ???? Singer Mika Singh took to Twitter and penned, “Bro @iSidhuMooseWala you’ve gone way too soon. People will always remember your name, fame, the respect you earned and all your hit records. Music composer Vishal Dadlani expressed sorrow in remembering the singer. He wrote, “I only knew #SidhuMoosewala through his music, yet the news of his demise has cut deep. India has very few authentic modern artists. He was right on top of that list. I’m without words. He’s a legend, his voice, his courage & his words will never be forgotten. What a sad day!”.
