Cameron Smith survives 18th-hole hiccup to win first Players Championship

AUSTRALIA – All day, Cameron Smith was in control. 

The 28-year-old Australian with the stringy mullet was in control of his game. 

He was in control of the rest of The Players Championship field on Monday’s final round at the TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course. And he was in control of his emotions.
