BAHAMAS – With everything that has been happening and the world finally recovering a lot of industries that couldn’t raise their heads are finally going back to operating as normal.

The one industry that took the biggest hit was the tourism industry and out of that it was the air lines that took the biggest hit. Airlines had to make difficult calls and make heart breaking cuts. There were flight routes that had to be changed because of this and a lot of light routes were stopped as it could not be afforded any further.

Things have gotten better as airlines have started normal flight schedules as well as adding new flight routes to their rosters to generate more business for the airlines.

From July 1st Caribbean Airlines will be offering direct flights from Kingston Jamaica to Orlando Florida. The non-stop, return flights between Norman Manley International (KIN) and Orlando International (MCO) airports will operate twice weekly on Monday and Thursday. These flights are complemented by three weekly services between KIN and Hollywood International Airport (FLL) each Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
