Indian American students raise awareness against ADHD

California, USA (CU)_ Three Indian American high school students from Lincolnshire, Illinois’ Adlai E. Stevenson High School have started a campaign to increase awareness about attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD. Riya Khandelwal, Meha Krishnareddigari, and Gulnaaz Sayyad, senior students of Illinois high school, launched the ADHD awareness campaign in 2020.

The three Indian American youngsters formed the ‘Project A Squared: ADHD Awareness’ group, which launched its campaign in late 2020. They have also collaborated with CHADD – Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, which is a nationwide organization committed to assisting individuals with ADHD and their loved ones, and have been appointed as official ambassadors.
