choose natural treatments. As a result, Ayurvedic practitioner Dr Dixa Bhavsar suggests a simple anti-bloating tea to relieve from bloating.

Dr Dixa Bhavsar shared a note on Instagram. She wrote, “I had to eat some outside food yesterday and couldn’t even exercise as I was travelling which eventually led to bloating and mild pain in abdomen (due to gas) last night”. She further wrote that she took a pinch of ajwain, salt, and hing (asafoetida) with warm water last night before going to bed. The next day she was feeling a lot better. She added, “Today morning I did some Surya namaskars but was still having discomfort in the abdomen, so decided to make myself anti-bloating tea and guess what- I feel absolutely fine now”.

According to Dr. Bhavsar, this tea will instantly reduce any bloating, pain, and discomfort in your belly. The preparation of the anti-bloating tea is much simpler. The ingredients needed for the tea are 1 glass of water, 1 teaspoon of Ajwain or carom seeds, half teaspoon of dry ginger powder or a piece of fresh ginger, mint leaves, and 1 teaspoon of Amla powder or half lemon. Mix all the above ingredients and boil for 4-5 minutes. Now your anti-bloating tea is ready to drink. You can have it whenever you feel bloated.
