Crow’s Feet wrinkles and primary axillary hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating, as well as AI-09, which is a liquid injectable neuromodulator made for treating glabellar wrinkles. HTL will construct, validate, and manage a botulinum production facility in the United States under the deal. HTL plans to apply to the CDC for certification as a botulinum production facility in the future, and then to the FDA for certification as a GMP plant.

The deal stipulates that HTL will pay for the building, validation, and management of the US manufacturing facility, which is slated to open in 2022. In return, Eirion will start paying HTL manufacturing fees in 2023, with HTL subsequently participating in the commercial success of ET-01 and AI-09 if they are approved.
Yvon Bastard, CEO of HTL, expressed pride over the new accomplishment.
