Fast 800 Diet – with astounding results

-

A woman who experimented with TV doctor Michael Mosley’s Fast 800 diet for a full week was astonished by the results and now feels as if she has hit the reset button.

The TV doctor introduced the 5:2 diet back in 2012 with his documentary, Eat, Fast and Live Longer.  Those who follow this diet have 5 routine food days per week, while restricting their food to around 500 – 600 calories per day for the remaining two days.

Now Dr. Michael Mosley has shared the Fast 800 being an updated version of his diet plan, hereby those following it stick to 800 calories per day for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks.

Lydia Stephens, Wales Online reporter says she has been struggling with weight management since the days of lockdown.  Wanting to make a change she decided to try Dr. Mosley’s diet plan for one week.

After signing up for the plan, Lydia was asked questions relating to her weight, height and waist measurements.  She was specifically recommended the Fast 800 plan out of several diet plans on offer.  She decided to stick to eating 2 meals per day which added up to 800 calories.

A 7 day plan was then drawn up for her two meals per day, including a list of ingredients and a recipe, as well as a printable shopping list.  Lydia spent £ 49.14 in total, on 7 days worth of meals.  This is what she had :
