Inside the Kapoor family Diwali celebrations

Mumbai (Commonwealth Union)_ The B town is busy as usual hosting Diwali parties and enjoying the festival. Actress Kareena Kapoor also threw a Diwali dinner and a family get-together at her home in Mumbai. The Kapoors and the Pataudis were present at the dinner last night. Following the dinner, Kareena Kapoor posted a family snapshot from the festivities on her Instagram account with the caption: “Parivaar (family)”.

Kareena’s parents Randhir Kapoor and Babita, her sister Karisma, and her aunts Neetu Kapoor and Rima Jain were spotted arriving at the site last night. Armaan Jain and his wife Anissa, relatives of Kareena, also attended the party. Soha Ali Khan, Kareena’s sister-in-law, was spotted at the party with her husband Kunal Kemmu. In the meantime, her cousin Ranbir Kapoor and his wife Alia Bhatt were absent from the party. Soha Ali Khan took to Instagram and posted images of the dinner.

Kareena, Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu, and Soha were seen joyfully posing for the photographs. Sharing the images, she captioned them as, “Love light and laughter. Wishing a very happy Diwali to you and your loved ones. Happy Diwali.” Karisma Kapoor also uploaded a photo with Randhir Kapoor, Babita, and Kareena with the caption, “Love and Light”. A photo from the night’s celebrations was uploaded by Kareena Kapoor, which was initially shared by Neetu Kapoor. Karisma Kapoor wore a colorful ensemble as she arrived at the location.

In terms of work, Kareena Kapoor was most recently seen in Aamir Khan’s August release, Laal Singh Chaddha. In her upcoming film, The Devotion of Suspect X, she will co-star alongside Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat. The actress has also partnered with Rhea Kapoor on a project. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan tied the knot in 2012 and have two sons: Taimur, age 5, and Jeh, born in February 2021. The adorable couple have worked together in films such as Tashan, Omkara, Kurbaan and Agent Vinod.
