IPCC report to paint a grim picture

(CU)_The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is finally set to issue its long-overdue report on the latest physical science on climate change on Monday (9 August), after a year-long delay caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the recent past, governments across the globe, together with industries and businesses, have been scrambling put the reins on rising temperatures which have led to catastrophic floods, fires and droughts and other extreme weather conditions.
