Largest Aloft to launch in ………?

An agreement with Hiap Hoe Limited through HH Properties Pte Ltd. will observe the site being converted into the largest Aloft hotel in the world.   Teo Ho Beng, Chief Executive Officer of Hiap Hoe Limited said that they were thrilled to announce their third collaboration with Marriott International as they venture and introduce the first Aloft hotel in Singapore.

Marriott International is set to launch design-led Aloft Hotels brand in Singapore following the signing of a 785-roomed hotel in the cultural district of Balestier.  Aloft Singapore Novena will comprise of two towers as part of mixed-use development Zhongshan Park, and is expected to open in Q3 2023.

Aloft Singapore Novena is expected to feature a dynamic and contemporary space catering to the needs of the next generation, design-savvy locals and travellers.    He further stated that they were excited to offer an urban-inspired gathering place embodying the Aloft brand’s unique energy and personality tailored for individuals valuing style, connectivity and boldness.

Hotel amenities will include pillarless, modern event spaces, a state-of-the-art gym, and an outdoor pool, while guest rooms will be decorated with Sealy beds, rainfall showers and custom amenities.

A modern Chinese and local seafood restaurant will be included with on-site dining options, along with a Halal certified buffet restaurant.

Gautam Bhandari Marriott International’s Market Vice President for Singapore and Maldives said that the signing of Aloft Singapore Novena heralded the expected arrival of Marriott International’s 14th hotel in S’pore.  He stated that they were delighted to launch the Aloft brand together with an experienced partner like Hiap Hoe Limited.  He went on to state that the location is strategically placed with its proximity to the Central Business District of the city as well as to green spaces and local attractions, which enables them to attract both leisure as well as business visitors.
