In a statement jointly signed by the Coordinators of the PONewNigeriaProject, Dr. David Ogula, Dr. Moses Paul, and Mrs. Ndidi Mbagwu, Obi emphasized the possibility of a new Nigeria if the right people were recruited at all levels of government.
