Pectiv’s Nanotechnology-based Sanitary Pads gains global recognition

Mumbai, India (CU)_ MEA Business Awards recognized Pectiv, a rapidly developing e-commerce marketplace for unique sanitary pads, as the best innovative sanitary pad for the year 2021. The brand is committed to providing high-quality solutions that successfully solve any issues that may develop during menstruation. Established in 2020, Pectiv commenced operations as the Covid-19 pandemic gained momentum. Before the pandemic, there was a high need for novel sanitary pads that could address issues such as itching, irritation and foul odor while also protecting against germs development during usage.

Intimate spaces are by their very nature vulnerable. Women need to be careful while selecting hygiene products for these regions. After observing a large number of women experiencing discomfort, leaking, and other unpleasant side effects from traditional treatments, Pectiv’s founders were motivated to create a business strategy that prioritized product application and safety. This practice eventually resulted in these ladies dreading their monthly periods as a result of the numerous complications caused by the items they were using.

Dr. Elias Abboud, CEO of Pectiv, expressed delight over the success. He said, “Our products were built to solve problems and offer protection. Application and safety are the two core elements of our product line. This award reassures consumers that products that come from new brands such as ours are effective and safe to use”. He discussed the special features of the product. He said, “We have been able to capture a share of the personal hygiene market through our strategic operations. We recognized that there was a missed gap in the industry, as other competitors failed to realize the urgent need for products that helped prevent itchiness, bad odor and bacteria. This was and will continue to be essential to our success as we look to grow in the feminine hygiene and protection space.”

Pectiv sanitary products employ cutting-edge nanotechnology to give antimicrobial protection, manage odor, and avoid irritation and inflammation. Each pad is breathable to allow for optimum ventilation and features side guards to prevent leaks. The pads are free of hazardous substances and provide maximum absorption to provide a controlled and painless usage experience.
