London, United Kingdom (CU)_ Researchers discovered that those who eat a high-quality diet are less likely to develop Covid-19 or become extremely ill, compared to those who eat a low-quality diet, who are at more risk. The study analyzed the data from nearly 600,000 participants of the ZOE Covid Study app who completed a survey on the food and diet they followed in February 2020.
