Chennai, India (CWBN)_ The popular actor and Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth hinted out that he would be joining politics and said that he will soon reveal his idea at an appropriate time. With Tamil Nadu elections arriving in a few months, the speculations started over Rajini’s formal entry into the politics following a letter emerged, which said Rajini’s political plans have been collapsed by the pandemic outbreak.

The letter triggered speculations over Rajini’s political entry and was believed by many that the letter was written by him and was leaked. The actor replied in his statement saying, “The letter is not mine but the information on my health and doctors’ advice is true”. He added “I shall discuss with Rajini Makkal Mandram and shall announce my political stand at an appropriate time”.

The 69-year-old actor has long been expected to enter into politics. But, he has been delaying his plans for a longer time. Now, the speculation caused by the letter and his hints about political entry just before the election made many believe that this election will be his debut polls.

The letter clearly indicates the doctor’s advice to the actor to restrict his movement during the pandemic time as he could be more vulnerable to the virus due to his kidney problem. Hence, it was speculated that the pandemic has hit his political plans.

The letter was believed to have said, “I don’t worry much about myself; not as much as about those who are around me”. Earlier, in March, Rajinikanth had announced that he will not make his political entry.
