The firm’s expansion is being fueled by an investment in talent, with 10 graduates being hired on a brand-new trainee program. The graduate trainee program will train the newly hired candidates on broking, client relationship management, and claims processing throughout the Romero estate, guaranteeing a diverse set of skills.
Simon Mabb, managing director of Romero Insurance Brokers, expressed excitement over the company’s accomplishments. He said, “It’s such an exciting time for the business. Kevin Sinfield, a Leeds rugby legend, also joined Mabb during the launch of the newest branch. Sinfield became a partner in the company in 2021. Daniel Atkinson, associate director of Romero Insurance Broker who will be placed in the new Harrogate office, also attended the launching ceremony.
