AFRICA ( Commonwealth Union ) _  Russia plans to hire 2,000 mercenaries from Belarus and roughly 100 from Angola to fight against Ukraine. The Russians intend to hire even more mercenaries, whose loss won’t generate social unrest in Russian society, in order to cover significant losses. The occupants plan to use this method to bring in up to 2,000 mercenaries from Belarus.

In addition, Sergei Lavrov, the minister of foreign affairs for Russia, stated that they are aware of the arrival in the Russian Federation of roughly 100 mercenaries from Angola. During his visit to the African nation, personally approved of their involvement in the conflict. The NRC said that the invaders are hiring GardServis security business employees in Belarus.

GardServis is more than just a private security firm. It’s estimated that tens of thousands of mercenaries are fighting in Ukraine on behalf of Russia. They are members of a group known as the Wagner Group, which has participated in Russian military operations in numerous nations. It was established in 2019 by a special proclamation of Alexander Lukashenko, the self-declared president of Belarus, according to the National Resistance Center.

The NRC said that the “guards” were stationed on the grounds of the old special forces training facility for Belarus.

The Wagner Group’s activities in Ukraine.

The Wagner Group has played a significant role in Russian efforts to annex the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut. According to the Ukrainian military, Wagner fighters have allegedly been dispatched in huge numbers to attacks over open terrain, where many have died as a result.

Russia’s Defense ministry and the Wagner Group argued about who should receive credit after it claimed to have taken the town of Soledar, close to Bakhmut.

At first, the Wagner Group’s involvement in the fighting was not acknowledged by the defense government. It did, however, eventually admit that its mercenaries had performed in a courageous and selfless manner.
