Bysiewicz further underscored that the largest proportion of immigrants in Connecticut are individuals from India. She proudly remarked that Connecticut is home to a vibrant and thriving Indian community. The Indian population constitutes the largest percentage of immigrants in the state, and it is with immense pride that they have chosen Connecticut as their home. Further, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s state visit to the United States is scheduled from June 21 to June 24.
