India is a land filled with successful people, raw talent, admirable innovation and lots of potential. Let’s meet there female entrepreneurs who changed the game in their respective industries with their businesses. Whilst it is not easy to navigate your way to success, these ladies proved that anything is possible as long as one has the grit and determination to go through with their vision.

1. Sangeeta Ranka

When her father was considerably affected by a serious ailment and her atmosphere was crowded in panic and distress, Sangeeta chose to ease her way out of the situation without giving in to the problems. She ventured into the path of pranic healing which is the idea that the human body possesses the innate ability to heal itself.  She practiced this as a form of therapy and learned that truly all negativity could be demolished if one put their mind to it. After seeing a positive change in her life, Sangeeta pursued an advanced course and became a healer.

Today she has clients across India, the USA, Canada, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and South Africa, who seek help in healing from her. She specialises in weight loss and chakra balancing programs and is a proud entrepreneur of a business that heals people for a living.

2. Priya Anandan

Whilst Priya was already a practicing, well-known lawyer, she was always curious about the human brain and the way it worked. This is why she pursued her postgraduate studies in Psychology. Her business, Breathin Counselling which was founded in the year 2013 in Chennai, offers therapy for individuals experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Psychosis, Emotion regulation difficulties, PTSD, Combat Trauma and Addictions.

Her therapy sessions are tailor-made to suit her clients so they are able to benefit from her services. She is also a trained educator and parenting expert. Her personal interest in the field has helped her achieve contentment whilst working daily towards improving lives. She has been a practicing counsellor for 9 years as well as running her successful institution, touching lives and making a difference.

3. Mousumi Kalita Sachdeva

This woman is a powerhouse. She is an author, poet, author coach, social activist and a very successful entrepreneur. In the year 2021, she opened Griffin Publications and in just a year the publishing house has published around 35 books and the count is on.

Mousumi herself is the proud author of seven books and hence uses her expertise to involve herself in multi-tasking right from managing her publishing team, editing books, content writing, ghostwriting and finally giving shape to quality.

She believes that every book published through her, should be a work of art and an exclusively well-written story. Her work and determination has earned her multiple accolades such as Rabindranath Tagore Memorial Literary Award 2022 and Suryagaurav Rashtriya Puraskar 2020. She is truly a game-changer in the literary world and in the publishing industry.
