Mumbai, India (CU)_ The Bollywood celebrity couple actor Akshay Kumar and actress and author Twinkle Khanna celebrated their 20th anniversary yesterday. The couple shared adorable anniversary wishes to each other in social media. Akshay Kumar shared a lovely photograph with wife Twinkle Khanna and wrote alongside a special note expressing his happiness over 20 years of married life. He wrote: “The surest I’ve ever been of a partnership…Twenty years of togetherness and you still make my heart flutter and sometimes even drive me up the wall but then again I wouldn’t have it any other way coz a smile is never far when you are near. Happy anniversary Tina.”
In response to Akshay Kumar’s anniversary wishes, Twinkle Khanna reposted his picture and wrote a lovely message expressing the beauty of their relationship. She wrote: “You are the beauty and the brawn in this partnership and I can’t even say I am the brain, because you are smarter than me. We don’t need each other to be complete (that’s just a cliche from soppy ballads) but we want to have the other one around always and that is perhaps the only way it is meant to be. Twinkle Khanna recently celebrated her 47th birthday and Akshay Kumar took to social media to wish his loving wife. He wrote a special note: “Here’s to another year of questionable life decisions. But I’m so glad I get to make all of them with you. Happy birthday Tina.” The couple worked together in films such as International Khiladi and Zulmi. Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna got married in on 17 January 2001. They have two children namely Aarav, who is 18, and Nitara, who is 8.
Twinkle Khanna is a renowned columnist and the author of top-selling books such as The Legend Of Lakshmi Prasad, Pyjamas Are Forgiving, and Mrs Funnybones. She is also a multitalented personality and her other professions include acting, interior decoration, owner of The White Window, and film producing. A digital content firm called Tweak India is also managed by Twinkle Khanna.
Akshay Kumar seems to be quite busy in 2021. The actor recently finished shooting for Atrangi Re with Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush. His upcoming projects are Bell Bottom and Bachchan Panday. He is also playing the lead role in the biopic Prithviraj, which is the story of Prithviraj Chauhan. His latest project Sooryavanshi will be released this year. His future projects are Raksha Bandhan and Ram Setu. His last onscreen appearance was the horror comedy Laxmii.
