New Delhi, India (CU)_ Cricket Australia, the Australian Cricketers’ Association, and UNICEF Australia will join forces to support the India COVID-19 Crisis Appeal, by collaborating to collect the needed funds. The destruction caused by the second wave of coronavirus in India, a country with which Australians have a close friendship and association, has profoundly saddened Australian Cricket.

 UNICEF Australia launched the India COVID-19 Crisis Appeal, which is funding the purchase and installation of oxygen generation plants in hospitals to treat critically ill patients, as well as supplying testing facilities in hard-hit areas and accelerating the COVID-19 vaccine rollout across the nation.
