Sona Nanotech partners with the University of Toronto

Toronto, Canada (CU)_ Sona Nanotech Inc. is delighted to announce the commencement of a new research program to investigate the leading qualities of its patented gold nanorod technology with prominent specialists in the field of bioengineering. The Company partnered with Dr. Warren Chan, renowned professor and Canada Research Chair in Nanobioengineering, and director of the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto. Dr. Chan will advise Sona on the design and implementation of necessary studies to assess the biocompatibility of its gold nanorod technology as part of the agreement signed with the University of Toronto.
