Ontario, Canada (CU)_ Cipher Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced the extension of its distribution and supply agreement with Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc., which is a fully owned subsidiary of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, India. As part of the deal, the Amendment provides for the extension of Sun Pharma’s exclusive right to market, sell, and distribute the isotretinoin product portfolio, Absorica and Absorica AG in the United States until 31 December 2026, and Absorica LD until 31 December 2024.
