The finals of the prestigious culinary competition SIRH/+BOCUSE D’OR 2023 will be launched in Sri Lanka today at the JAIC Hilton Colombo.
The competition which attracts the best in the field of culinary skills promises a high level of skills to be on show. This time competition will see Sri Lanka’s Culinary champions competing against 23 countries. The Bocuse d’ Or a much-converted competition. Attracting the best in the field of culinary skills this year’s competition promises a higher level of skills to be on show. Participating in the competition since 2011 Sri Lanka has been led under Chef Rohan Fernandopulle, President of the Bocuse D’Or Sri Lanka chapter.
The chef’s guest at the event will be Minister of Tourism and Lands Harin Fernando and the Guest of Honour will be the French Ambassador in Sri Lanka Jean-Francois Pactet.
