Air Canada has re-established its partnership as the Authorized Airline of Team Canada. The new contract, underlining the airline’s deep desire for sport and commitment to sharing the best of Canada with the world, covers the 2030 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and comprises Paris 2024. Extending the enthusiasm, Air Canada also revealed at an occasion in Toronto a Boeing 777 with a unique livery to transport Team Canada Olympians and Paralympians, coaches, and supporting staff to and from the Games.
We’re honored to extend our cooperation with the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Committees as Team Canada’s Authorized Airline through 2030, including for Paris 2024, said Michael Rousseau, Premier and Chief Executive Officer of Air Canada. The airline will transport more than 1,000 Team Canada participants and delegation associates, reinforced by its Going for Gold employee program, confirming a unified and easy travel experience to and from the Games.
