Residing in France, Ishadi’s journey to becoming a global beauty ambassador began long before she took the stage in Las Vegas. She landed in Sri Lanka early in the morning on February 6, 2024, on Qatar Airways flight from Doha, where a warm welcome awaited her at Katunayake Airport. The celebration continued with a special reception organized by the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau at the Silk Route terminal later that morning. Among the distinguished attendees were National Director Chandimal Jayasinghe; Sri Lanka’s team coach Rukmal Senanayake; Director of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau Subhashini Perera; Assistant Director Sureshani Pilapitiya; and other key figures.
