17 Bourbon Maple Chai Punch
Combine 1½ cups fresh lemon juice with 2 cups strong chai tea, 1½ cups maple syrup, 2 cups apple cider, 2 cups dry hard cider, 4 dashes orange bitters, and 3 cups bourbon in a large punch bowl. Immediately prior to serving, add a few generous scoops of ice, and top with 4 cups sparkling water. Garnish with lemon wheels, apple slices, and cinnamon sticks. Serves 12 or more.
18 Sugar Plum Highball
Add ½ part Legent Bourbon, 1 teaspoon Italian bitter apéritif and 2½ teaspoons of plum liqueur, over ice in a highball glass. Top with 4 parts club soda. Garnish with a bamboo leaf, if desired.
19 Candy Cane Lane

Melt 1 package of semisweet chocolate chips in the microwave. Dip rims of champagne flutes in the chocolate, and then roll in crushed candy canes. Place glasses in the fridge to allow chocolate to harden. For each cocktail, combine 1 ounce peppermint vodka and 4 ounces Stella Rosa Imperiale Prosecco and one of the prepared flutes.
20 Meiomi Sparkler
Combine one tablespoon simple syrup and 1½ tablespoons juice from a Meyer lemon in a wide flute. Fill to the top with Meiomi sparkling wine, and garnish with a lemon twist.
21 Dude, Where’s My Sled?
In a shaker with ice, combine ¾ ounces Plantation Pineapple Rum, ¾ ounces Appleton Estate Signature Rum, ½ ounce Ancho Reyes Verde Poblano Pepper liqueur, ¾ ounces lime juice, ½ ounce pineapple juice, ½ ounce simple syrup, and 2 dashes Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters. Strain into a chilled rocks glass, and top with pebble ice and freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon.

22 Cinnamon and Sugar Margarita
Combine 1 ounce Tres Agaves Blanco tequila, ½ ounce triple sec, 4 ounces apple cider, and a splash of lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well, and strain into a glass. Sprinkle a touch of cinnamon sugar, and garnish with a crisp apple slice.
23 Caffé Palermo
In a mixing glass, muddle 5 to 6 espresso beans until completely crushed. Add 1½ ounces Averna, ½ ounce sherry, and ½ ounce coffee liqueur. Stir for 40 to 50 revolutions, double strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with an orange twist.
24 Negroni Sbagliato
Combine 1 ounce Italian aperitif bitters and 1 ounce Italian sweet vermouth in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe glass, and top with 3 ounces Chandon California Brut. Garnish with an orange slice.
25 Cranberry-Pomegranate Sangria
In a large pitcher, place 1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced; ½ cup pomegranate seeds; 1 orange, sliced into wedges; and 4 cinnamon sticks. Pour in ⅔ cups vodka, 1 bottle merlot or pinot noir wine, and 3 ounces Cointreau. Refrigerate, and let infuse for at least an hour and as long as 24 hours. Before serving, add 3 cups Health-Ade Holiday Cheers Kombucha, and stir. Serves 8 to 10.
26 Hot Diggity Nog
Stir 2 ounces Three Olives Eggnog Vodka, 2 ounces hot apple cider, and 2 ounces hot chai tea in a toddy glass. Top with whipped cream, and garnish with grated cinnamon and star anise.
27 Cinnamon Solento Sour
Dry shake 2 ounces Solento Reposado, ¾ ounces fresh lemon juice, 1 egg white, ¾ ounces simple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe and use cinnamon to garnish it with.
