Mumbai, India (CU)_ According to Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, the company has emerged as the first business in the world to introduce a novel fixed-dose combination medication for diabetes in India. The Mumbai-based pharmaceutical company announced the launch of a fixed dose combination (FDC) of Remogliflozin Etabonate, which is a new, patent-protected Sodium Glucose Co-Transporter Inhibitor (SGLT2i), and Vildagliptin, which is a widely used DPP4 inhibitor (Dipeptidyl Peptidase 4 inhibitor) with Metformin.
