Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority announces new facility for allottees

According to the GNIDA, the facility will be rolled out for Ecotech 7, 10 and 11 industrial sectors over the weekend, while it is expected to be extended to include all 143 services, from building plan approval, to water and sewer connection and mortgage certificates over time. The authority also revealed that it intends to provide the online facility for all residential, commercial, institutional and industrial allotments, although builder allotments will be excluded.

“We are working on handing over the rights to allottees to get about 143 services very soon. We are the first authority in the state to introduce ERP. On January 7, we launched the beta version of the multi-pronged project Enterprise Resource Planning system. The link for ERP is available on Greater Noida Authority website,” the chief executive of GNIDA, Narendra Bhooshan, said.

In order to qualify for the facility, allottees are required to submit necessary documents under the ‘Know Your Allottee’ (KYA) option and subsequently follow a three-stage verification process using a one-time password which will be sent to the registered mobile number and Aadhaar number of the allottee. “Till now, the authority was carrying out these works physically. Now, this right has been given to the allottees,” the Additional Chief Executive Officer of the authority, Deep Chandra, said.
