Singapore National Day 2023 will be for people to get active rather than just soak in the festivities.  The spotlight was turned on sports by Organisers of 2023’s heartland celebrations so that locals are encouraged to have a go at different activities, a range of which have been lined up at 5 sites from old school games such as eraser battles and sport tryouts to bouncy castles to get Singaporeans in the National Day mood during the first weekend of August.

The festivals, that had been organised by Sport Singapore and the National Day Parade 2023 Heartland Celebrations Committee continued Sunday at Toa Payoh, Bedok, Jurong West, and Woodlands stadiums, with the extension in Our Tampines Hub.   There was something for everyone with carnival games and a plethora of activities lined-up.
