“Happy Birthday A R Rahman”, wishes pour in for his 54th birthday

Mumbai, India (CU)_ “Happy Birthday A R Rahman”, India is wishing the Music maestro A R Rahman on his 54th birthday today. The great Indian music composer turned 54 today and wishes across the world are pouring in for the favorite composer. AR Rahman has composed music for numerous movies in Tamil, Telugu, English and Hindi and other languages too and has also written lyrics for a few songs.

On his special day, the celebrities, singers, media, leaders, prominent personalities and the fan followers are wishing the country’s Oscar award winner. Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu, Lyricist Vivek, director Ajay Gnanamuthu, producer K.T.Kunjumon, Editor Ruben, Singer Shweta Mohan, composer GV Prakash and other cinema industry professionals also wished the composer in social media.

Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu took to Twitter to wish the maestro. He wrote, “Happy birthday @arrahman… Wishing you the best of health and happiness always! (sic).”

Popular Lyricist Vivek wished A R Rahman in social media. He referred him a healer and mentor and wrote, “A pure soul. A scale for us to measure against and keep improving. A mentor and a healer. Wishing you happier and healthier days ahead Genius #HappyBirthdayARRahman #HBDARRahman (sic).”

Cobra director Ajay Gnanamuthu took to Twitter to publish a Common DP to ARR on his birthday and wrote, “Happy to release ThalaivARR @arrahman sir’s Birthday Common DP!! Love you sir #HBDARR54 #HBDARRahman #HappyBirthdayARRahman @RahmaniacIndia @MaduraiRahmania @SenthilNathanKs(sic).”

Gentleman producer K.T.Kunjumon tweeted, “#HBDARRahman Many More Happy Returns of the Day Oscar Winner @arrahman with all prosperity. Wishing Huge SUCCESS Ahead , God Bless (sic),”.

Editor Ruben wrote in Twitter, “Wishing one of my inspirations, dear @arrahman sir a very happy birthday May God bless you with all goodness only #HBDARR54 #HBDARRahman #HappyBirthdayARRahman @RahmaniacIndia @MaduraiRahmania @SenthilNathanKs (sic).”

Singer Shweta Mohan mentioned the composer’s late mother in her tweet and thanked her for giving the world a soulful composer. She wished the Oscar Award winner by tweeting, “#HBDARRahman You are too special to us @arrahman sir …Hridayaanjali to Amma #KareemaBegum who gave birth to this gem of a person on this day 54 years back.. and to #SPB sir and Chitra chechi for making this song an immortal one(sic).”

A R Rahman has worked in Indian as well as Hollywood movies and has composed hundreds of songs in multiple languages. He won Oscar Award for his contribution in the Hollywood movie Slumdog Millionaire in 2009.
