31 crore is being built by Tier-2 builder Crystal Group as part of a project called Atlantis. The news sources said that Big B purchased the condo in December 2020, and in April 2021, he paid a stamp fee of 62 lakh to register it with the Department of Registration and Stamps. News from close sources said that Amitabh Bachchan’s new 5,184-square-foot apartment on the 27th and 28th floors of the structure features six parking spaces.
According to various media reports, actress Sunny Leone and filmmaker Aanand L Rai have also purchased properties in the same development. While some publications claim that the project is located in Andheri, others claim that it is located in Oshiwara. Amitabh Bachchan also had his second shot of COVID-19 vaccination in the beginning of this month.
In terms of work, Big B most recently acted alongside Ayushmann Khurrana in Shoojit Sircar’s Gulabo Sitabo. Last year, the movie was released on Amazon Prime Video. Amitabh Bachchan’s upcoming projects are Chehre, starring Emraan Hashmi; Brahmastra, starring Nagarjuna, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt; Mayday, starring Ajay Devgn; and Jhund.
