Dr Lall was born in Jakarta and attended Carleton University and earned a mechanical engineering degree. He then graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a master’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. Thereafter, he obtained his MBA degree from City University of Seattle. Finally, he received his PhD doctorate from Wichita State University.
