Jahnvi Kapoor buys a luxury apartment for 39 crores in Juhu

Mumbai India (CU)_ The Square Feat India reported that the young Bollywood actress Jahnvi Kapoor had bought a super expensive luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu Vile Parle Scheme locality for whopping INR 39 crores. Janhvi Kapoor is the daughter of late actress Sridevi and filmmaker Boney Kapoor. She lived in the Lokhandwala neighborhood of Mumbai with her dad and sister Khushi Kapoor.

The Square Feat India also reported that Janhvi’s classy apartment covered the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the Araya Building in Juhu. The actress officially completed the deal on 7 December and on 10 December, registered the apartment with the Department of Registration and Stamps. A stamp duty of INR 78 lakhs was paid by the actress.

With the brand-new luxury apartment at Juhu, Janhvi Kapoor will also enjoy the neighborhood of Bollywood celebrities such as superstar Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, her uncle Anil Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan and others. On her Instagram page, Janhvi Kapoor also shared some glimpses of the Lokhandwala house.

On the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor made her Bollywood debut movie in 2018 with the film Dhadak directed by Shashank Khaitan, which is a Hindi remake of Sairat, a Marathi movie. In the film, Janhvi co-starred with Ishaan Khatter. Thereafter, she worked in Netflix’s Ghost Stories anthology, where she acted in Zoya Akhtar-directed segment. A notable project of Janhvi Kapoor includes Dharma Productions’ Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, which starred Pankaj Tripathi and Angad Bedi. Currently, Janhvi is working in Karan Johar’s Takhtand  Dharma Productions’ Dostana 2.
