Sappho was born in February 2020 to Kalki and her Israeli partner Guy Hershberg. Kalki shared a photo of Sappho’s foot prints to introduce her kid to her Instagram admirers and followers at the time. On posting the picture, she wrote a touching note on her motherhood. She wrote, “Please welcome Sappho. Born 07/02/20. She just spent 9 months wrapped up like a momo in my uterus. Let’s give her some space. Thank you for all the good wishes and positive energy pouring in. Kalki’s Bollywood debut was Dev D directed by Anurag Kashyap and released in 2009. Her most recent Bollywood appearance was Gully Boy which was critically acclaimed. Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt also acted in the flick. Kalki’s Tamil cinema debut was 2019 film Nerkonda Paarvai, which is the Tamil remake of the Hindi film Pink, where she had a cameo role.
